HVAC Techs Earned More in 2022! (2023 Data)

In April of 2023, the Bureau of Labor Statistics released information about average annual pay for HVAC technicians. The average annual wage for HVAC technicians in 2023 increased to $57,460 with an average hourly wage of $27.63. This includes wages for all HVAC technicians, including apprentices who earn typically less. This is an improvement from $54,690 in 2021 and $53,410 in 2020.
